I thoroughly enjoyed the job simulation as it provided practical, hands-on experience that aligns perfectly with my goal of becoming a Scrum Master. It gave me valuable insights into the day-to-day responsibilities of both a Scrum Master and a Scrum team member, which is exactly what I need to kickstart my journey in this role.

I thoroughly enjoyed learning how to draft user stories, prioritize them, run daily standups and conduct sprint reviews and retrospectives. What I found most enjoyable was the thoughtful, structured approach that Agile brings to software development resulting in clear communication and alignment between team members.

The most important skill a fresher can learn is by practical learning. The program had a ample amount of problems and learnings which equipped me not only with learnings in real life scenarios but also made me aware of the formal vocabulary, the tasks, and the methodologies, in the most easiest ways.
