I thoroughly enjoyed the job simulation as it provided practical, hands-on experience that aligns perfectly with my goal of becoming a Scrum Master. It gave me valuable insights into the day-to-day responsibilities of both a Scrum Master and a Scrum team member, which is exactly what I need to kickstart my journey in this role.

The most important skill a fresher can learn is by practical learning. The program had a ample amount of problems and learnings which equipped me not only with learnings in real life scenarios but also made me aware of the formal vocabulary, the tasks, and the methodologies, in the most easiest ways.

I am not coming from a project management background, so I am new to the concept of Agile and Scrum. But the program was well structured and explained the whole concept in layman terms and simple English. This vastly helped me in gaining an excellent foundation in both the Agile philosophy and Scrum methodology.
