The Asia Analyst Development Program (AADP) is a unique, rotational leadership program specifically designed to develop a pipeline of well-rounded future leaders of the firm for our ASEAN franchise. The program exposes candidates to 3 business-aligned rotations (i.e. new discipline focus every 8 months in a structured rotational framework) across both revenue and non-revenue generating divisions from front, middle to back office roles. This means you get a holistic view of the firm and experience the breadth and variety of experiences across different functions of the bank to gain insights into how our businesses come together and deliver value for our clients.
