I liked how it introduced me to the world of assets management and gave me a good idea of what to expect. I feel like this is worth the time and commitment it takes to do it. I think I know now that this is indeed the right industry for me and I know what I need to work on to get myself ready for the industry.

I appreciated being able to demonstrate my skills and prior knowledge to perform the series of tasks J.P. Morgan challenged me with. The tasks gave me a better understanding of what employees would complete at J.P. Morgan on a day-to-day basis. My goal is to be a financial advisor with J.P. Morgan one day, and I believe this program was a great step in reaching my career goals.

I like the fact that it is challenging but also really fun in the sense that picking portfolio allocations is like putting together a puzzle of the perfect portfolio for the client. I also liked the fact that there are 6 tasks and they test a breadth of skills like: drafting documents, information gathering, information analysis, critical thinking swell as excel and quantitative skills.
