The Program was easy to understand and the example work and data sets given made it easy to complete the tasks. It increased my knowledge and skills in the field and working with Koch Industires's job simulation has helped me better understand the accounting associate's role and responsibilities of this role.

The program gave me insights on what a daily task may look like which I appreciated and also the examples after I turned in my work helped me understand what I can improve on. For example, my communications skills when sending emails can be less in the form of a paragraph and more list or bullet points when communicating about data.

To be honest, I haven't got any practical experience in Finance and Accounting until I did this assignment. It was really helpful because I can have an overview about how to analyze the data, what the employer expect to see and how I should present my analysis. Everything in this job helps me to imagine what a financial report should be like.
