I liked that the simulation was practical and gave me the opportunity to work through a real-world style consulting problem. I especially enjoyed analyzing data, researching leading practices, developing recommendations, and brainstorming initiatives to improve the patient experience. It also helped me understand how different parts of an advisory engagement connect together.

It also helped me develop my creative and hypothesis-driven thinking skills.

I really enjoyed the engagement of using different applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint collectively as a follow through on what an employee handling a client might have to work towards. As well as having a professional example right after gave me future insight on how one executive or client may want their data to be presented or used.
