I loved how it was relatively straightforward but also slightly quantitative at times. It improved my skills in Excel, specifically using pivot tables to gain insights into data. I also learned what a well-structured slide deck looks like, and I hope to improve in all these areas, as this work at KPMG extremely interests me.

I liked that the simulation reflected practical consulting work rather than theory. It required analyzing business problems, identifying root causes, developing practical recommendations, and presenting findings in a structured way. It also reinforced the importance of data-driven decision-making, problem-solving, and clear communication in an advisory role.

I enjoyed working on a realistic business case and applying data analysis to solve a real-world healthcare problem. The simulation helped me improve my Excel, analytical thinking, and presentation skills while giving me a better understanding of how consultants use data and research to make practical recommendations for clients.
