The program is demanding but strategic and brilliantly/ professionally designed - providing a new person with a complete picture of the role of Technology Transfer Associate. Also, the setting and the tasks are very similar to workplace jobs - both summary and memo writing are great workplace skills to acquire.

The simulation provided a highly practical and well-structured learning experience. I particularly liked how it translated complex technology transfer concepts into a realistic project, such as Dr. Carter’s diagnostic tool. The step-by-step guidance through the Invention Disclosure Form (IDF) and the due diligence search was excellent for building professional skills.

I liked how practical and realistic the program felt. The tasks clearly explained the technology transfer process (IP, due diligence, funding and commercialisation pathways) and helped me structure my thinking like a real technology transfer professional. The templates and examples were especially useful for producing a professional-quality memo.
