It made the role of a trainee lawyer feel very realistic and helped me understand how different tasks fit together across a transaction. I particularly liked how it combined technical legal work with client communication, as it showed the importance of explaining complex issues clearly and practically. The progression of tasks also gave a good insight into the lifecycle of a deal.

The internship was highly engaging, and I appreciated the opportunity to participate in a well-structured due diligence process, from the initial pitching stage through to post-completion. I also found the feedback and corrections provided after each assignment to be particularly valuable for my learning and development.

The Simulation has improved my confidence by guiding me on how to handle professional communication and making me do things that I might have to do if I ever join a law firm like Linklaters. I have learnt to make sophisticated PowerPoint slides and write emails professionally in a concise manner. I have enjoyed the simulation.
