While doing this job simulation as a student with no experience, I got exposure to what real time work would be like and this simulation helped me grasp an idea of where I need improvement to increase my chance in landing a job. I'm very grateful for getting a chance to understand the job requirements and understand the gap between my skills and the expected requirements.

I liked how the simulation provided a real-world UX scenario, combining competitor analysis, customer research, and problem-solving. It helped me understand how to translate user insights into actionable design recommendations and think from a product perspective rather than just a design perspective.

The simulation was very well structured and gave a realistic understanding of how user research and customer analysis is done in a professional environment. I especially liked the mix of survey analysis and observational insights, as it helped me understand real customer behaviour and how data-driven decisions are made in banking services. It also improved my analytical and practical skills.
