While doing this job simulation as a student with no experience, I got exposure to what real time work would be like and this simulation helped me grasp an idea of where I need improvement to increase my chance in landing a job. I'm very grateful for getting a chance to understand the job requirements and understand the gap between my skills and the expected requirements.

The simulation was very well structured and gave a realistic understanding of how user research and customer analysis is done in a professional environment. I especially liked the mix of survey analysis and observational insights, as it helped me understand real customer behaviour and how data-driven decisions are made in banking services. It also improved my analytical and practical skills.

In UX design, stimulation means adding elements that make the experience: • Interactive – users enjoy clicking, swiping, or exploring • Visually appealing – good colors, animations, and layouts attract attention • Engaging – notifications, rewards, or smooth transitions keep users interested • Easy and satisfying – users feel comfortable and confident while using the app
