While doing this job simulation as a student with no experience, I got exposure to what real time work would be like and this simulation helped me grasp an idea of where I need improvement to increase my chance in landing a job. I'm very grateful for getting a chance to understand the job requirements and understand the gap between my skills and the expected requirements.

It was very fascinating to be a part of the simulation and actually work along with it. I had been struggling to structure the research methodology as a self-learner, and this course guided me with the proper terminology and templates. I am truly grateful I found this course. This gave me a glimpse into what I can aspire to work with as a UI/UX Designer.

I really liked how realistic this simulation was. Analysing actual customer survey data and observational notes to find trends gave me hands-on experience with UX research. It helped me understand how to convert raw data into actionable recommendations for product improvement. The task was well-structured and directly relevant to real digital banking challenges.
