    Welcome to the London Market Claims Operations job simulation!

    In this simulation, you will be working in the Claims Operations team in the London insurance market at London Assurance Company (a fictional insurance company). 

    You will complete two tasks which are typical for a Claims Operations Analyst in ensuring that the London Assurance Company claims operation runs smoothly and that claims adjusters are able to manage the claims process in an optimal manner. 

    Your goal

    In this simulation, you will be introduced to key concepts relevant to claims operations. 

    The initial task is designed to provide you with an introduction to the world of claims operations, the systems and processes within it, and the opportunities to improve how claims are managed for the benefit of clients and your organisation. In the second task, you will have the opportunity to put your knowledge to the test by completing a task relating to the performance of the claims operation.
