It helped me understand phishing attacks, identify common phishing tactics, interpret simulation results, and think about security awareness from an employee perspective. The hands-on tasks made the learning experience engaging and useful for developing practical cybersecurity skills.

I liked that the simulation was practical and focused on real phishing scenarios. Designing a believable phishing email and then analyzing team performance felt very close to what happens in real cybersecurity awareness programs. The tasks were clear, hands‑on, and helped me understand how human behavior impacts organizational security.

I learnt how phishing attacks work and how attackers use urgency, fear, curiosity, or authority to get people to click. I also learnt how to spot suspicious emails/messages by checking the sender, links, wording, attachments, and unusual requests. Also human behaviour is a major part of cyber security
