It was clearly structured to reflect how the approach has been developed in practice so far, while also considering how it can be improved in response to future challenges and real-world scenarios. Therefore, I believe it appropriately prioritises how simulations are designed with a broader scope of attention.

I really appreciated how the program offered realistic, hands-on simulations that closely mirrored actual workplace scenarios. It helped me gain practical skills and better understand the day-to-day responsibilities of the role. The step-by-step guidance and clear instructions made it easy to follow along and build confidence.

I really liked how practical and realistic the tasks were—it felt like something I’d actually be doing in a government job. The End of Life journey task especially made me think deeply about the human side of service design, which is something we don’t always get to explore in uni. It was also great to learn about how different agencies work together in the public sector.
