I liked learning how different sectors of financial services work together and how banks support individuals and businesses. I also enjoyed exploring career paths in banking, risk management and compliance, and understanding how trust, security and responsible lending help protect customers and the financial system.

I like how it is practical, as a student we are taught the theories a lot in the university, but mostly lack practical skills. I also enjoyed and it was unexpected to see that the simulation explains the type of jobs in the PNC and in the finances industry overall. After completing the course, I have a clear picture created in my brain of how banks function - the first step is behind!!

I liked how the simulation gave a practical understanding of how financial services work in real-life scenarios.
