    • Potential legal arguments related to the choice of materials and limitation in a construction dispute.
    What you'll do
    • Draft a letter on behalf of RPC (representing Joseph Tropic & Associates Architects Ltd) in response to Dwellingist Contractors Plc's allegations of negligence and breach of duty.
    • Summarise the background information of the case to provide context.
    • Address Dwellingist's allegations regarding the choice of material for the struts and provide a counterargument based on industry standards.
    • Research and incorporate information related to the Limitation Act 1980 to potentially assert that Dwellingist's claim may be time-barred.
