As someone who knew very little about UK Public Service before doing this programme, I have come out feeling that I know what a public sector job would entail and the large variety of jobs in different sectors that are offered. I also feel motivated by this experience, knowing how a public sector job would benefit society and provide a rewarding career.

I liked how the program provided practical, real-world insights into UK public service careers and helped me understand the skills and qualities employers look for. It was especially useful in developing my self-awareness through the SWOT analysis and action planning. The tasks were clear, relevant, and helped me feel more confident about preparing for administrative and NHS career pathways.

I really enjoyed the practical approach of the program, as it provided hands-on experience with real-world tasks. The structured modules and interactive learning style made it engaging and insightful.
