I liked how practical and realistic the tasks were. It helped me understand how to apply legal concepts like unfair dismissal and client communication in real situations. The step-by-step structure made it easy to follow, and it improved my confidence in analysing problems and giving clear legal advice.

I liked that the simulation was practical and encouraged me to reflect on my strengths, weaknesses and career goals. Researching different public-service roles helped me understand the opportunities available and what employers require. Creating a personalised action plan also gave me clear and achievable steps towards becoming a Business Analyst.

As someone who knew very little about UK Public Service before doing this programme, I have come out feeling that I know what a public sector job would entail and the large variety of jobs in different sectors that are offered. I also feel motivated by this experience, knowing how a public sector job would benefit society and provide a rewarding career.
