While the data and operational metrics are critical, the program emphasizes that a leader’s ability to navigate "soft" challenges—like team anxiety and psychological safety—is what truly determines the success of a rollout.

I previously commented that a download closed the system and I had to restart. That happened (Probably) because of a setting to not automatically DOWNLOAD, but to OPEN the documents. I overcame this via right-clicking and Save Link As.... This was a great simulation. Far better than I imagined could be accomplished without 3D.
