- How law firms assist clients in evaluating potential acquisitions, including the review of legal documents like NDAs
- How NDAs serve as contracts outlining the rights and obligations of parties involved during transaction evaluations.
- The legal and ethical obligations of handling confidential information
What you'll do
- Review of an NDA with regards to the potential acquisition of Harland & Co, a major international retailer with headquarters in London specializing in clothing and home products
- Provide a mark-up of certain key provisions of the NDA (in line with the client’s guidelines) and upload it
