I really liked that the simulation was based on real work and practical tasks. It helped me understand more about the type of work done at White & Case and gave me a chance to improve my legal and analytical skills. I also found the tasks interesting and useful for understanding how things work in a professional environment.

The simulation was quite interactive and informative. It helped me understand a companies basic structure. The task related to drafting board minutes was a new learning experience for me. I had to learn about the definitions and use of "term loans" , "revolving credit facilities" and "loan facility" etc, which will be helpful in the future too.

I really enjoyed how practical and realistic the tasks were. Drafting actual board minutes to handle director conflicts of interest and adapting a summary prospectus section gave me great insight into the day-to-day work of a corporate/banking lawyer at a top-tier firm like White & Case. It bridged the gap between academic theory and actual transactional practice.
