I enjoyed how practical the simulation was. It gave me a good sense of how legal issues arise in day-to-day practice and how a lawyer needs to balance legal analysis with clear, commercial, and client-friendly advice. I particularly liked the opportunity to identify the privilege issue, consider how it applied to the client’s actions, and provide practical next steps.

The way the task escalated realistically starting with a generic template, then getting hit with facts that actually changed the legal analysis anticipated litigation becoming actual, existing proceedings once ASIC filed its Statement of Claim. That's a good test of whether the advice is really tracking the facts or just filling in blanks.

I really enjoyed how practical and engaging the program was. It gave me a real sense of how legal principles operate and are applied in a commercial litigation context. I particularly appreciated the opportunity to apply theory to realistic scenarios by drafting professional correspondence and analysing potential risks the way a law firm team would.
