I really enjoyed the practical and realistic nature of the simulation. It gave me an opportunity to understand how legal work is approached in a real professional setting, particularly through analysing the facts, considering legal issues and preparing an appropriate response. I also liked that the task required independent thinking rather than simply relying on theoretical knowledge.

As an experienced litigation practitioner transitioning into international law, I found the highly structured guidelines and step-by-step explanations incredibly efficient for organizing my approach to a new jurisdiction. The simulation clearly mapped out the distinct division of work within global firm project teams.

I enjoyed how practical the simulation was. It gave me a good sense of how legal issues arise in day-to-day practice and how a lawyer needs to balance legal analysis with clear, commercial, and client-friendly advice. I particularly liked the opportunity to identify the privilege issue, consider how it applied to the client’s actions, and provide practical next steps.
