As a referendar seated in the Capital Markets team at White & Case Germany, you’re gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, international legal environment. The team works on cross-border transactions, such as bond issuances and IPOs, often under tight deadlines.

You’ll support the team by assisting with internal tasks, including organizing documents, preparing materials, and keeping track of moving parts. At the same time, you’re expected to develop key soft skills: how to manage your time, communicate clearly, and stay focused under pressure.

• Prioritize competing internal requests by reviewing messages and structuring a short daily action plan. 
• Communicate delays or shifting availability to colleagues through clear, professional internal messages.
