    • You are an associate in the ESG and Sustainability Practice Group at White & Case UK.
    • You work as part of a legal team tasked with advising corporate clients on complex ESG issues, particularly around environmental and social governance frameworks.
    Your goal
    • Identify and assess key environmental and social risks associated with the target company, OML, and summarise these risks for the client, ranking them by severity using a coloured flagging system.
    • Review the company’s corporate statements to assess any greenwashing risks and provide recommendations to ensure the client avoids misleading claims related to sustainability efforts.
