Your role

You are an associate in the ESG and Sustainability Practice Group at White & Case UK.
You work as part of a legal team tasked with advising corporate clients on complex ESG issues, particularly around environmental and social governance frameworks.

Your goal

Identify and assess key environmental and social risks associated with the target company, OML, and summarise these risks for the client, ranking them by severity using a coloured flagging system.
Review the company’s corporate statements to assess any greenwashing risks and provide recommendations to ensure the client avoids misleading claims related to sustainability efforts.
