Your role

You are a trainee attorney at White & Case Germany.
You work as part of the Private Equity team, collaborating with senior attorneys.
Your team is assisting a longstanding client in acquiring a climate tech startup through an auction.
This is a key opportunity to demonstrate your legal analysis skills and contribute to a high-stakes acquisition.

Your goal

Conduct due diligence by reviewing and summarizing legal documents and contracts of the target company.
Identify potential legal risks and prepare a comprehensive due diligence report.
Analyze due diligence findings to assist in developing negotiation strategies to guide the client through the auction.
