I really enjoyed how realistic and practical the tasks were. The simulation provided a great insight into commercial law practice at White & Case, particularly in drafting prospectus summary sections, reviewing board minutes, and advising on dispute resolution clauses. The combination of written tasks and oral presentation prep made it very engaging and insightful.

The task felt realistic and relevant to actual in-house legal work. I particularly appreciated the clear brief, the need to balance commercial and legal considerations, and the practical deliverables (audio presentation + slide for the board). It was a good test of structuring advice for a non-specialist audience.

The program was very helpful in increasing my skills under commercial law branch, and understanding the structures, internal processes, legal processes and finance that corporations must comply and follow for the purposes of their growth and integrity and well being of the company itself and the interests of shareholders. It was also beneficial for my self as an extra curriculum program.
