Introduction from British Airways

Reviews

4.6

I liked that the simulation was interactive and gave me a realistic insight into the type of work and decision-making involved at British Airways. It helped me understand the company better while also allowing me to develop and apply practical skills in a realistic setting. I particularly enjoyed being able to work through different scenarios and see how my decisions could affect the outcome.

I liked how the two tasks connected like the defect I diagnosed in Task 1 (the wing-root seal breach) directly fed into the parts forecasting in Task 2, so it felt like a real end-to-end workflow rather than separate exercises also working with the fault log, MEL table, and AMM together to build a case for the root cause was a good practical exercise in structured problem-solving.

It genuinely used all of my relative skills in making tasks accomplish and acquire all of my knowledge being used at the assignment. I really enjoyed learning in the assignment and it was a wonderful learning experience. I admire the effort put in making this assignment and the real world work they do to operate flights on daily basis.
