In this virtual experience, you'll step into the shoes of a British Airways engineer. Across two tasks, you'll tackle real-world challenges that reflect our day-to-day operations: first, you'll investigate aircraft defects to diagnose the root cause, assess safety implications and complete a structured work request; then you'll forecast material requirements and plan maintenance schedules, adapting your strategy when parts availability changes.
