I liked the practical approach, especially investigating the aircraft defect and then moving into maintenance planning and spare parts management. It gave me a better understanding of how engineering, logistics and operational decisions are connected. The tasks were straightforward and the supporting documents were useful.

Introduction from British Airways
Reviews
I really enjoyed how realistic and practical the tasks were. Analyzing the MEL defect rules for maintenance dispatch, completing the Work Request Form (WREQ), and building the inventory supply chain planning report gave me a great hands-on look at how British Airways manages fleet engineering, safety protocols, and parts procurement in real-world scenarios.
I liked how the two tasks connected like the defect I diagnosed in Task 1 (the wing-root seal breach) directly fed into the parts forecasting in Task 2, so it felt like a real end-to-end workflow rather than separate exercises also working with the fault log, MEL table, and AMM together to build a case for the root cause was a good practical exercise in structured problem-solving.
