I really enjoyed how realistic and practical the tasks were. Analyzing the MEL defect rules for maintenance dispatch, completing the Work Request Form (WREQ), and building the inventory supply chain planning report gave me a great hands-on look at how British Airways manages fleet engineering, safety protocols, and parts procurement in real-world scenarios.

The engineering scenarios felt realistic — diagnosing the wing-root seal fault from actual fault logs and MEL rules, then building a materials plan from live inventory data, gave me a genuine feel for aviation engineering and supply-chain planning at a global airline. Great balance of technical depth and practical decision-making.

It helped me understand the kind of work British Airways has to do in order to keep their customers safe and the check and protocols they have to ensure the best possible service. I was happy when receiving so much support for the work i was producing and it enabled me to continue trying to learn the objectives of each task.
