It helped me understand the kind of work British Airways has to do in order to keep their customers safe and the check and protocols they have to ensure the best possible service. I was happy when receiving so much support for the work i was producing and it enabled me to continue trying to learn the objectives of each task.

I liked how the two tasks connected like the defect I diagnosed in Task 1 (the wing-root seal breach) directly fed into the parts forecasting in Task 2, so it felt like a real end-to-end workflow rather than separate exercises also working with the fault log, MEL table, and AMM together to build a case for the root cause was a good practical exercise in structured problem-solving.

I liked that the simulation was interactive and gave me a realistic insight into the type of work and decision-making involved at British Airways. It helped me understand the company better while also allowing me to develop and apply practical skills in a realistic setting. I particularly enjoyed being able to work through different scenarios and see how my decisions could affect the outcome.
